OUR
STORY

ABOUT US!

Blameless and Forever Free Ministries mirrors the heartbeat of Jesus by acknowledging His soul and mission was focused on the person He found standing directly in front of Him; especially those inside our state prisons.

Jesus didn’t preach AT people.  He listened, engaged and invited a relationship. There was no expectation or hidden agenda.  His life was fully exposed; the good, the bad, and the works in progress as He built one connection at a time, removing shackles of silence, shame and isolation.

The founder and some team members of Blameless and Forever Free Ministries understand what it's like to be survivors of violent crimes, along with what it's like being incarcerated, and those on the other side of the prison walls working as staff.  Hurt people hurt others, but healed people heal.

TRAGICALLY,

Adverse childhood experiences are the single greatest unaddressed public health threat facing our nation today. - Dr. Robert Block

BLAMELESS BELIEVES

Many beloveds incarcerated have experienced unhealed childhood trauma and violence in their own lives.  And until we, as a society, embrace the reason for their conduct through healing and wholeness, we're going to continue to have high recidivism rates.

Breaking the cycle of crime and violence while restoring lives is paramount in order to build changed lives and safer communities.

Building bridges of healing that promote opportunities for productive interactions that focus on the harm caused by violence and not the statute violated is utilizing restorative justice.  Trauma keeps us silent and isolated, but connection and community fosters awareness and accountability.

And when hurting children grow into hurting adults, in order to decrease criminal recidivism, treatment intervention must focus on the effects of early life experiences.  If we don't, generations of offenders will be born.

Building Bridges of Healing Together!

Blameless and Forever Free Ministries - generous hearts/valiant voices. At my first defense no one supported me, but all deserted me; may it not be counted against them (2 Timothy 4:16).

Re-offending Lacks Relationship!

Every life matters!!!

Blameless and Forever Free Ministries believes that no one should sojourn alone.

God GAVE us His Son because of His Great Love so we'd never have to traverse alone again.

It is our responsibility to give back and help restore those deplored by mirroring the life of our Beautiful Jesus in being vessels of His hands and feet.

Generous hearts embrace that today's offender will be tomorrow's neighbor!  This requires introducing God's Great Love to our incarcerated beloveds who alone will provide the spark needed for a successful journey back to a vital and dignified life.

Every life has value!

Say Thank You With Amazing Cards Of Artistry

We have all gone to birthday parties, weddings and graduation ceremonies where the gifts we have purchased are never acknowledged by words of gratitude or a simple thank you card.

Thank you notes are written expressions of gratitude. It's an opportunity to reach out, connect and recognize a kindness.

We could all learn a valuable lesson here from our incarcerated beloveds!  Their thirst for Love and belonging is unashamedly obvious.

INVESTING IN PEOPLE, NOT PRISONS!

Talk about meaningful expressions and magnificent artwork for just being present and pouring out love through recognition.

The incarcerated are not exposed to kindness and love often enough, and these cards from residents at Folsom State Prison are a reflection of their hearts and creative gifting.

Blameless and Forever Free Ministries believes it's an honor leading prisoners towards freedom and healing. From prison to community, where punishment ends and healing begins.  Punishment shifts to accountability, leading to redemption and transformation; works of A.R.T. Our prisons can no longer be considered a place solely to punish and reject.  We must meet our offenders right where they're at reconciling them to God. We can't just pretend to love others.  We have to really love them!!!  Hate what is wrong.  Hold tightly to what is good (Romans 12:9).

LOVE!

"I was in prison and you came to visit me." (Matthew 25:36)

If Jesus pursued and identified with the helpless and outcast by moving them toward restoration, the way we treat our incarcerated should radiate His life living inside of us. What an honor it is to lead our prisoners towards freedom.

Our prisons can no longer be considered a place solely to punish and disregard.  We must meet our offenders right where they're at reconciling them to God.
